These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and registered account holders of Eleanzo Studio.

Services & Bookings

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee.
No-shows may be charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service price.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful to our staff or other clients.
Service results may vary based on individual hair, skin type, or medical conditions. We are not liable for natural variations.
Please inform our staff of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service begins.

Bridal Packages: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your bridal appointment date.

Purchases & Payments

All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at time of order placement are final.
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or pricing errors.
Promotional discounts and coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Loyalty points are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of our platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account and make purchases independently.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering or placing an order.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
